Since most of our products are custom designed we will e-mail or send you a picture of what your product/design will look like prior to manufacturing for your approval. Upon your approval, payment is expected in full including shipping costs.
We take Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover as well as money orders No personnal checks.
Once payment is received we will ship product by Parcel Post or UPS. Most products can expect to ship within 1-2 weeks of payment.
Some shipments may be delayed to circumstances beyond our control. You will be notified by e mail, mail, or phone if there is a delay.
